Each person brings a question they are sitting with. Through guided movement, playful constraints, imagination and individual reflection, we interrupt familiar patterns and practise finding more than one way.
No dance experience is needed. Group creation is not the point; the room provides shared energy while the exploration stays personal. Designed for studios, festivals, retreats and cultural spaces.

Embodied Utopias
What becomes possible when we imagine together? An embodied theatre format for exploring societal transitions and the inner capacities needed to meet them. Inspired by the Inner Development Goals in service of the Sustainable Development Goals, it helps groups move from body to imagination, shared vision and collective expression.
